    Hours: 🕘 Monday - Closed - (some stylist 👱🏽‍♀️ work Monday on request, for additional details you should discuss Monday appointments with your stylist 👱🏽‍♀️ or our receptionist). Tuesday - Saturday - 9 AM – 6 PM Sunday - Closed
  • Do you offer Early Appointments🌞 or Late 🌙 Appointments ⏰ ?
    Early ☀️ and late 🌙 appointments 📆 vary by stylist 👱🏽‍♀️ and may require an additional fee.
  • Does your salon take walk-ins🚪?
    Walk-ins 🚪 are always welcome! To ensure your stylist 👱🏽‍♀️ has availability it's best to call 📞 ahead and verify. We are dedicated to our clients and will always have a stylist available‼️
  • How early should I arrive 🚗 for my appointment 📆 ?
    It’s best to arrive 10-15 🕐 minutes early to your appointment. If your stylist 👱🏽‍♀️ is ahead of schedule 📆 our receptionist may call 📱 you.
  • Do you require deposits 💵 for appointments?
    Some stylist 👱🏽‍♀️ do require deposits 💵, prior to booking our receptionist will contact 📞 you if required.
  • What happens if I am running 🏃🏻‍♀️ a few minutes ⏱️ late for my appointment 📆 ?
    If you are running ⏱️ late please call 📱 936-224-3197 and speak with our receptionist, our stylist 👱🏽‍♀️ are on a tight schedule 📆 so each client has the time they deserve in the chair 🪑. If you are more then 15 ⏱️minutes late without notice the stylist 👱🏽‍♀️ has the right to deny your service and reschedule your appointment 📆.
  • How long do I have to cancel 🚫 or reschedule 📆 my appointment?
    We ask that you let us know as soon as you know you need to cancel 🚫, this helps the stylist 👱🏽‍♀️ schedule accordingly.
  • Do you have cancellation 🚫 policy?
    Each stylist has their own cancellation 🚫 policy. If you don't call or show up your stylist 👱🏽‍♀️ may require you to pay a deposit or no show fees prior to rebooking your appointment 📆. For additional information contact our receptionist (936) 224-3197 📞.
  • Should I come in with clean 🚿 , wet, dry 💨 or dirty hair?
    For chemical services 1 to 3 day clean 🚿 and dry 💨 hair is best. Having a super clean scrub on your scalp before a chemical service may lead to redness or discomfort. We will always reach out 📱 if the stylist 👱🏽‍♀️ needs you hair wet or dirty before arriving.
  • Do you offer free consultations 💇🏻‍♀️ ?
    YES OF COURSE! Consultations 💇🏻‍♀️ are the best way to find the right ✔️ stylist 👱🏽‍♀️ for you . It’s also a great way to find out how much a service will cost 💲, the type of upkeep you can expect, and amount of time ⏳ required to complete your service.
  • What is your return/refund 🛍️ policy?
    We offer store credit when returning a purchased 🛍️ product 🧴or boutique 🧥 item. Product returns must be less than 50% used and have a valid return reason for store credit or exchange for a different product. All exchanges must be equal to the price of the purchase. If the exchange exceeds the price of the purchase the client will be required to pay the different at the time of the return.
  • Do you have a service guarantee 🤝 policy?
    If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us while at the salon and we will try our best to meet your expectations.
  • What methods of payments 💳 do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards 💳 and cash 💵. Checks require approval from each individual stylist 🤷🏽‍♀️.
  • Do you sell gift 🎁 cards?
    Yes, gift cards 🎁 are available for either boutique 👚 or product 🧴 purchases as well as services . However, when purchasing a gift card for a service it's necessary to mention which stylist 👱🏽‍♀️ it will be used with.
  • Are children 👶🏻 allowed?
    Children 👶🏻 are welcome, but we do ask you let your stylist 👱🏽‍♀️ know ahead of time 🕰️ they will be accompanying you.
  • Can I rent a chair 🪑 in Solace Salon?
    For information about renting a chair 🪑 at Solace Salon, call our receptionist 📞 (936) 224-3197 or stop by and fill out an application 📋 during business hours ⏳.
  • How often should I wash 🚿 my hair?
    Every hair type is different so we recommend speaking 💬 to your stylist 👱🏽‍♀️ during your next appointment 📆.
  • Should I wash 🚿 my hair before I do a color treatment?
    We prefer you do not wash 🚫🚿 your hair before color or chemical service. It’s best to wash 🚿 your hair a day prior only if it's filled with product and/or dirt. A supper clean 🫧 scalp can lead to redness and discomfort with a color and chemical service.
  • Can I wash 🚿 my hair after a color service?
    It's best to wait at least 48 hours ⌛️ after to wash 🚿 your hair after a color or chemical service.
  • How often should I get a haircut 💇🏻‍♀️ ?
    We recommend getting a haircut 💇🏻‍♀️ every 10 to 12 weeks. For shorter hair 🧑🏻 we recommend every 6 to 8 weeks. We do have offer a bang trim between haircuts if needed.
  • How long will my blowout 💨 last and how can I extend it?
    Every hair type is different making it difficult to know how long a blow 💨 out will last. You can extend your blow 💨 out by keeping your hand and brush away from your scalp to reduce extra oil. Also using dry shampoo will help extend your blowout.
