"HAIRS" the deal...
We love our stylists just as much as our clients and want to make scheduling fair for everyone!
We require a 24-hour notice prior to any scheduled appointment if the service needs to be cancelled.
"NO SHOW" policy~
We allow a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled time before we consider the client a "no show". If this happens, the client is required to pay 50% of the requested service as a rescheduling fee.
